Plate temper, screw temper and mini temper

MF-hamburg tempering machines are equipped with a pre-crystallization stage to ensure perfect enrobing quality.

The plate temper is a high capacity temperer made for tempering different chocolate masses and cocoa butter. The throughput of the temperer is infinitely adjustable in order to adapt it to the requirements of production‘s process. The plates temper can also be equiped with an aeration system to produce aerated chocolates or compounds.
