ROTZINGER PharmaPack GmbH, based in Waiblingen near Stuttgart, develops and produces packaging machines for a wide range of pharmaceutical applications in cartons as well as comprehensive hardware and software solutions for track & trace. The portfolio ranges from cartoning machines for vials, ampoules, syringes, insulin pens, pouches, blister packs, cough syrup and cosmetics to serialisation and aggregation solutions for labelling and tracing pharmaceuticals (track & trace) and other products. We also offer a global service.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our company's operations and drive strategic initiatives. The CEO will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the business, from production and manufacturing to sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or manufacturing, with proven leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

Requirements

  • Develop strategies to achieve P&L objectives and ensure sustainable growth

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, including growth targets, market expansion, and operational efficiency improvements

  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects project management, supply chain, production, quality control, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers

  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, including engineers, production staff, sales representatives, and administrative personnel

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and legal operating environment

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation initiatives, technology adoption, and process improvements to stay competitive and meet evolving market demands

  • Reporting and Communication: Report to the Group CEO, provide regular reports to the board, executive team and stakeholders on business performance, challenges, and opportunities

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the production, manufacturing or machinery industry

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

  • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities

  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting processes

  • Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
