As we dive into a new year full of opportunities and challenges, let's take a moment to look back at the experiences and moments that defined 2024.

We reflect on the year and look back at the things that occupied, shaped, and inspired us in 2024—both professionally and personally. Perhaps some of you will see yourselves in these points—enjoy reading!

  1. The joy of working with people from all over the world.
  2. Staying home during vacation is "not a vacation" – future goal: to travel during vacation.
  3. Also saying "No" sometimes and not feeling guilty about it.
  4. Spontaneous evenings with friends – priceless.
  5. Thanks to the AOK step-counting challenge, I often reached 15,000 – 20,000 steps a day.
  6. Getting up early in the summer – and going jogging.

  21. The YouTube channel "Outdoor Boys" – entertainment and relaxation combined.
  22. Being brave and grasp the opportunities that come your way.
  23. The joy of becoming an aunt.
  24. Open and interested colleagues who ensured that I immediately felt comfortable and welcome.
  25. The progress in AI – especially in video and image generation.
  26. More and more AI features tailored to companies.
  27. A strong network of colleagues, suppliers, and technology partners: developing creative ideas and moving forward together.
  28. RPP after-work bike tour -> Strong calves after cycling ;-)
  29. Romanticizing everyday life, for example, lighting a candle for dinner.
  30. Spending the best time with good friends and great people around you!
  31. The realization that we can significantly influence the quality of our relationships.

  58. Boat tour on the Oslo Fjord with colleagues on a day off during a business trip.
  59. BBQ evening with friends until late night – relaxed atmosphere, good food, great conversations.
  60. Relaxed day at the spa with a view of Hohenneuffen Castle – treating oneself to a deserved break.
  61. People who can imitate dialects well.
  62. Participating in a city run with my siblings.
  63. Experiencing hospitality.

  65. Overcoming challenges as a team with close cooperation.
