MF-Hamburg and Hansella have been sister companies under the Rotzinger Group for nearly two years, following more than 15 years of close collaboration in offering and implementing complete bar systems on a global scale. The Rotzinger Group's takeover expanded the product range to include flow regulators, feeding, and packaging systems.
Following two successful years for both companies, the Rotzinger Group has decided to transfer their industry segment expertise to the Hansella site in Viersen. This move enables the two companies to offer and implement products from a single location, with enhanced know-how and processes to provide customers with efficient and reliable products. The Hansella site's spatial conditions and proximity to one of Germany's largest industrial regions make it an ideal location for this transfer.
Preparations for the transfer have already begun, with joint product design and construction taking place in Viersen, and project management for joint projects already based at the Hansella site. The transfer process is expected to conclude by year-end, and employees will be offered positions at the Hansella site where possible, with remote employees also supporting.
Moses Farahani, founder of MF-hamburg and member of the Rotzinger Management team, will continue in the Group and support the chocolate development and innovation activities.
The aim of this transfer is to create synergies between the MF-hamburg and Hansella brands, enhancing their sustainability, and creating a basis for future growth. Existing agreements and projects will continue without interruption, and customers can expect the same level of quality, delivery performance, and service as before.
